Peeping Tom Gets 4-Year Prison Term

A 38-year-old man known as the Pacific Beach Peeping Tom was sentenced Friday to four years and eight months in prison for spying on and secretly videotaping dozens of women over two years. Mark John Bithell pleaded guilty to five felony counts and six misdemeanors.
When police raided his parents’ home in Laguna Beach, they found in his bedroom 70 pairs of women’s underwear and dozens of pictures of women.
