County Planners Reject 415-Home Subdivision

Lake County planners have rejected a proposal that would have paved the way for the biggest development in the county in 20 years.
The county Planning Commission voted 3 to 1 against a zoning change that would have cleared the way for a 415-home subdivision on a 150-acre former Arabian horse ranch outside Middletown in Central California.
