JUST BACK
A friend and I just returned from backpacking in the Sierra above Mono Lake. On Saturday night a storm dumped 6 inches of snow and completely obscured the trail out. Luckily we found tracks made by a group that was ahead of us. We hiked six hours nonstop as snow continued to fall and made it out, exhausted but happy to be alive.
