Bomb Threat Forces Greek Airliner to Land

A Greek plane carrying 295 passengers and 12 crew members made an emergency landing in Shannon, Ireland, after a bomb threat received by a Greek newspaper. All the passengers were safely evacuated from the Olympic Airlines plane, which took off from Athens, an airport spokeswoman said.
No bomb was found in a search of the plane, which was scheduled to continue its journey to New York.
