Ex-Officer Guilty of Child-Sex, Porn Charges
A former Riverside police officer who admitted flying to Wisconsin to have sex with boys as part of an Internet child pornography ring pleaded guilty to two of four charges in a plea agreement in federal court Wednesday.
Adam James Brown, 32, traveled to Wisconsin twice in 2002 for sexual encounters with boys, arranged by a man Brown met online, according to court documents. Brown pleaded guilty to one count of crossing state lines to have sex with a child under 12 and one count of producing child pornography, the prosecutor said.
Brown could face a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison.
