Eminem doesn’t need a diary to document the twists of his troubled life -- he has music videos and radio interviews.

The firebrand rapper has a dour new video that shows him venting about his failings as a parent and husband. In “When I’m Gone,” the rapper relays a dream in which his daughter, Hailie Jade, surrenders him to his fans: “Now go up there and show ‘em that you love ‘em more than us.”

He also hints that he longs to reconstruct his family, an idea echoed in a radio interview this week his hometown of Detroit: “We have reconciled and are probably going to remarry,” he said of his ex, Kim Mathers.

That’s startling news after the very public ugly split between the two, their custody battle and the rapper’s penchant for attacking her in song.
