EARNINGS

* Entravision Communications Corp. of Santa Monica said fourth-quarter profit was $2.6 million, or 2 cents a share, contrasted with a loss of $1.3 million, or 5 cents, a year earlier. Revenue rose 11% to $68 million.

* ValueClick Inc. of Westlake Village, an Internet advertising company, said fourth-quarter profit more than doubled, bolstered by earnings from three acquired companies, Commission Junction, Hi-Speed Media and Pricerunner.com. Earnings rose to $13.5 million, or 16 cents a share, from $5.3 million, or 7 cents, a year earlier. Revenue rose 80% to $54.4 million.
