Thousands Gather to Honor Deceased Leader

Between 10,000 and 15,000 people held a candlelight vigil in Hong Kong to honor late Chinese Premier Zhao Ziyang, who died Monday after 15 years under house arrest for sympathizing with the 1989 Tiananmen pro-democracy protesters.
Holding white candles, mourners bowed three times toward a portrait of Zhao and observed a minute of silence.
