Diamond Foods Increases Size of IPO
Diamond Foods Inc., a Stockton-based walnut-growing cooperative, boosted the size of its pending initial public stock offering to 6 million shares from 5.33 million, according to an amended filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The cooperative filed in March for an IPO with an estimated price range of $14 to $16 a share. It still expects that price range, according to the latest filing. The deal could be priced as early as today, according to Ipohome.com.

In addition to the shares to be sold in the IPO, the firm would issue 8.06 million shares to members of Diamond Walnut Growers, up from 6.7 million shares as reported in the original filing.
