Drug testing ordered for Tom Sizemore
Tom Sizemore was ordered Tuesday to undergo drug testing “at least once every three days” until the judge in his case reconvenes a hearing on whether the actor violated his parole stemming from a drug conviction last fall.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Paula Adele Mabrey told Sizemore to return to court July 12. Outside court, Sizemore told reporters he welcomed the drug testing order.
Sizemore, who appeared in “Saving Private Ryan” and “Black Hawk Down,” took the witness stand last week to deny testimony by two drug counselors that he had taken drugs May 25 and that he used a prosthetic device to fake a urine test that day.
The 43-year-old actor was ordered to enroll in a drug program last month after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possessing a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
