Kim Pledges to Join Next Round of Nuclear Talks

North Korean leader Kim Jong Il promised to take part in the next round of six-nation nuclear talks scheduled for November, Chinese state TV reported, as China’s president visited Pyongyang.
Kim reportedly told President Hu Jintao that the North was committed to a nuclear-free Korean peninsula.
