Nicole Richie partied down with prankster Steve-O on Friday at Rokbar, where she nuzzled in a booth all night with the MTV “Jackass.” Apparently, part of his charm is his affection for fire. A manager had to give him a what-fer after he set a napkin on fire.... “American Idol’s” Paula Abdul threw a birthday party for her beau, model Dante Spencer, on Saturday night at L’Scorpion, Hollywood’s sweet new tequila bar. Revelers indulged in $75 shots of 8-year-old Don Fulano tequila. Earlier in the night, Tara Reid holed up at L’Scorpion with her mum, and we hear “Veronica Mars” star Kristen Bell is throwing a bash at the bar next week to celebrate her March Maxim cover.... Jamie Foxx was seen with a bevy of beauties last week at Koi, and Jack Black and Beck were spotted kicking it at the Beverly Boulevard hotspot Jar on Friday night.

Fred Savage hosted a meet-and-greet Thursday in WeHo at the Abbey, a gay nightclub he deemed appropriate for the soiree, because his “Crumbs” character is gay.... On Friday the 13th, Sting hosted a private birthday bash for his wife, Trudie Styler. Guests included Marisa Tomei, David Spade and Adrien Brody.... Prince played guitar with the band Tamar at the Viper Room last Thursday. In the crowd were music heavy Jimmy Iovine and porn star Jenna Jameson.
