Building interest: They aren’t scheduled to go on the air until September, but beginning Aug. 5, the premieres of two new NBC series, “Kidnapped” and “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,” will be available as DVDs to Netflix subscribers. To further promote the fall season, the discs will contain previews of NBC’s other new shows.
