Memorial Service Set Thursday for Delbert E. Wong

A memorial service for Delbert E. Wong, the first Chinese American to be appointed a judge in the continental United States, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park, Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles. Wong died Friday at 85.
