Woman Thrown From Balcony, Officials Say
A Laguna Hills woman was in critical condition Friday after her husband allegedly threw her from the second-floor balcony of their Los Alisos Boulevard home late Thursday.
The 43-year-old woman, whose name was not released, was taken to Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo with head injuries.
Grant Randolph, 60, was booked on suspicion of attempted murder, said Jim Amormino, a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Bail was set at $1 million.
The couple’s young son, who, authorities said witnessed the incident, was taken into custody by county social service workers.
