H.J. Heinz Rejects Call for Board Change

H.J. Heinz Co. said it had rejected investor Nelson Peltz’s demand for board representation.
Pittsburgh-based Heinz also said Peltz’s demand to cut annual costs by $575 million was “unrealistic.”
