DARREN McFADDEN | Arkansas
The sophomore rushed for 181 yards and two touchdowns and threw a touchdown pass, leading the No. 11 Razorbacks to a 31-14 victory over No. 13 Tennessee at Fayetteville, Ark.
McFadden played tailback, quarterback and even a little wide receiver against Tennessee, and the Volunteers were never able to stop him.
With Arkansas leading, 7-0, in the first quarter, McFadden took over.
The Razorbacks have used him at quarterback lately -- out of the shotgun.
He ran for a 17-yard touchdown out of that formation early in the second quarter, then threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to Marcus Monk to make it 21-7.
It was his second touchdown pass of the season in two attempts.
McFadden had a five-yard scoring run late in the second quarter -- again after taking the snap himself -- and the Razorbacks led at halftime, 28-7.
McFadden set a school record by surpassing 180 yards rushing for the fifth time in his career.
