Horse racing: In a Bill Dwyre column in Monday’s Sports section, he wrote that the horse Lava Man won his third straight Hollywood Gold Cup on June 7. The race was June 30. The column also said Sunday’s on-track handle was a record. It should have said the single-day handle was a record.
