Transit chief’s salary: An article in Tuesday’s California section said Art Leahy, the Orange County Transportation Authority’s chief executive officer, got a 9% salary boost to $263,635 annually. Leahy received a 6% raise to $256,380 and a one-time merit pay bonus of $7,691.
