Rebels to hand Chavez 3 hostages
From Times Wire Reports
Colombian Marxist guerrillas said they would turn over three hostages to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez or his representatives, just weeks after the government in Bogota ended his efforts to broker the release of captives.
