Another in a string of blasts hurts 3
From Times Wire Reports
A parcel bomb injured three women at a government driver and vehicle licensing agency in Swansea, Wales, the third such attack in three days at offices connected to driving.
Six people have been injured, and police disclosed that four other attacks had injured two people in the last three weeks. Police said it appeared that the bombs were not designed to kill.
Police did not say whether they believed all the devices were part of a single campaign.
