Richardson talks on foreign policy

Democratic presidential candidate Bill Richardson said the United States must lead the way on global struggles by reducing its nuclear weapons, closing the Guantanamo Bay detention facility and cutting energy use.
In his first foreign policy address as a candidate, the New Mexico governor said he would reverse many Bush policies if he were elected in 2008. “America needs to take a different path -- a path based on reality, not unilateralist illusions,” he said.
