MOCA to launch ‘WACK!’ website
The opening of “WACK! Art and the Feminist Revolution” -- the next big thing at L.A.’s Museum of Contemporary Art -- is two weeks off , but WACKsite will be launched Friday.
Designed in a blog format and accessed at www.moca.org/wack, the website will offer information about the exhibition and related programs, along with opportunities to sound off.
The public is invited to post responses to artworks and themes in the show and grapple with feminist issues in what the museum calls “a collaborative environment for consciousness-raising and discussion.”
