Concert dedicated to late Times critic

The Philharmonic Society of Orange County will dedicate its Jan. 21 Los Angeles Philharmonic concert in Costa Mesa to the memory of Los Angeles Times music critic Daniel Cariaga, who died Nov. 1. A Daniel Cariaga Scholarship Fund has been established at Cal State Long Beach. Donations earmarked for the fund may be made out to the CSULB Foundation and sent to Rosalinda O’Brien, Dean’s Office, College of the Arts, Cal State University Long Beach, 1250 Bellflower Blvd., Long Beach, 90840.
