Philippine rainbow on the rocks
Cherry Lappin of Los Angeles was visiting the Philippines in September when a typhoon struck. The day after, she and her brother Cesar were out checking storm damage in Majayjay, about 75 miles south of Manila. Rounding a bend, they came across this crowd of residents washing clothes. She used her brother’s camera, a Fujifilm FinePix A210, to capture the shot.
