Web programs
Re “Can your cat play piano?” editorial, Jan. 14
Hollywood should worry about viewers migrating in droves to the Internet for entertainment. Hollywood is producing poor and poorer, dumb and dumber content productions, and the public’s ability to get away from it via the Internet is improving.
If I have a choice between watching an over-advertised TV program with never-ending commercial interruptions or going to YouTube or other websites to enjoy things that really interest or entertain me, what does Hollywood think I’ll do?
Give people better-quality programs and they will be less likely to migrate away from television and movie theaters.
