Pro-family, ignore family
Re “A GOP machine sits silent,” June 9
Ohio’s Family First Political Action Committee head, Lori Viars, states that she’s waiting to see if John McCain picks a “strong pro-family, pro-life conservative” as vice president before she’ll start campaigning six days a week as she did in 2004, when, she says, “I didn’t see my family.”
So only a powerful pro-family voice can motivate her to ignore her own family.
It sounds like McCain’s real problem in Ohio is that he’s not appealing to the Wonderland voting bloc.
