Bullet in head, teen pleads guilty

From Times Wire Reports
A teenager with a bullet lodged in his forehead pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and other charges, accepting a plea bargain that caps his punishment at 10 years in prison.
Police had wanted the bullet removed to prove that Joshua Bush, 19, had taken part in an attempted robbery at a Port Arthur used-car lot in 2006.
Bush claimed he had been accidentally shot by a friend. He and his attorney fought the removal, contending that it would violate his civil rights.
Prosecutors proceeded to trial. Bush pleaded guilty before jury selection began.
