Facebook to test way to report abuse

Facebook Inc. agreed to test a system for reporting abusive behavior that was designed by the New Jersey attorney general’s office.
The Report Abuse icon will be placed on Facebook, state Atty. Gen. Anne Milgram said. The button is intended as a way to report inappropriate content, predators and “cyber bullies” on social-networking sites.
Facebook in May agreed with 49 states and the District of Columbia to adopt new online safety standards to better protect children.
