MORNING BRIEFING

The Clippers’ slogan this year was “Play Loud.” About the only thing that was loud at their games was the booing from the few fans who showed up to watch the NBA’s version of the Washington Generals. With so many teams experiencing financial hardships, the NBA should consider relocating a team here so the area can have another NBA team in town besides the Lakers.
