Chevron Corp. said Vice Chairman Peter Robertson would retire from the company after more than 35 years and be replaced by John Watson, executive vice president of strategy and development.
The company also named Charles James, 54, currently vice president and general counsel, to be executive vice president. The executive changes are effective April 1, the San Ramon, Calif.-based company said.
