So, Pete Carroll makes over four times what Steven Sample, the president of USC, makes. Regardless of how USC tries to spin it, this graphically shows where the priorities are in Trojanville. This is a perfect example of the tail wagging the dog.

Carroll “humbly” attempts to say that he is just trying to do his part. Does that include the impending probation hanging over his program?
