Vice President Joe Biden is in the Chilean resort city of Vina del Mar to attend a summit of leaders from Latin America and Europe.
The Progressive Governance Summit begins today. Biden’s three-day visit will also include talks with Chilean President Michelle Bachelet and other visiting leaders.
Also attending the summit will be British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
