Update: Chivas USA is off to the best start in its five-year history and is in first place overall in MLS. That has not stopped Coach Preki from keeping expectations in check. “We can’t start flying around,” he said. “It’s a long season.” After a 2-0 win over Dallas last weekend, Preki criticized the team’s play: “I would like to see us playing better soccer. . . . We’re giving too many easy things away.” Chivas forward Atiba Harris will serve a one-game suspension tonight after being ejected in the win over Dallas.
