Two top leaders of a mostly ethnic Hutu militia were arrested in Germany on suspicion of committing crimes against humanity in Congo.
German federal police arrested Ignace Murwanashyaka, the 46-year-old chairman of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda, and his 48-year-old deputy, Straton Musoni, in Karlsruhe, prosecutors said in a statement.
