Mattel Acquires Office Building at 2160 E. Grand Ave. in El Segundo

Mattel Corp. will expand its local footprint with the acquisition of the 168,000-square-foot office building at 2160 E. Grand Ave. in El Segundo that it acquired for $59 million. The building had most recently been owned by lender New York Life Insurance, which acquired the property last year through a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure from SteelWave and Barings.
