Pied-a-terre flair
Yes, there are about a gazillion and one places to stay on the Strip; soon there will be a gazillion and two. Come spring, the old Barbary Coast/Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall will be transformed into a gleaming, glamorous boutique property from Caesars Entertainment. It’ll be the first true stand-alone boutique hotel on the Strip with just 188 rooms and 19 suites, complete with a restaurant operated by celebrity chef Giada de Laurentis (her first) and three clubs courtesy of night-life czar Victor Drai. Bliss out in luxurious rooms styled as Parisian apartments (think boldly colored leathers and velvets), VIP service 24/7 (never leave your room if you so choose) and an away-from-it-all feel. What could be better?
