Wet ‘N’ Wild
Wet ’n’ Wild, a Strip-side attraction until 2004, reopened in May under new ownership and investors, including tennis greats Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf. The $50 million park is spread out over 41 acres in southwest Las Vegas and features 25 slides and attractions, including a wave pool with three-foot swells, a 1,000-foot lazy river and an area sized just for kids. Extreme riders can race down a seven-story chute or try North America’s one-and-only Rattler — a slide that shakes while you ride.
