Screenwriter Brent Goldberg has listed his Sherman Oaks home for sale at $1.449 million.
Entered through a stacked-stone portico, the single-level home features vaulted ceilings, crown moldings, hardwood floors and an open layout.
The 2,800-square-foot house, designed for family living and entertaining, includes a den, an office, four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms.

Built in 1950, the updated ranch-style house opens to an outdoor living room, a wrap-around patio and a lawn with a sports court. There are canyon and hillside views.
The property last sold in 2006 for $1.5 million, according to Realtor.com.
Goldberg wrote the screenplays for “Girl Next Door” (2004) and “Underclassman” (2005) and was a writer and actor on “Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj” (2006).
