Donald Faison sells his spot in Hollywood Hills West
Actor Donald Faison of “Scrubs” fame has sold his Hollywood Hills West home of nearly a decade for $1.8 million.
The Mediterranean-style home, built in 1994, features a contemporary vibe with angular lines, lofted ceilings and double-height foyer. The three-story floor plan includes a family room with a fireplace, formal living and dining rooms, a center-island kitchen and a screening/game room in 4,715 square feet of space.
The master suite has a two-sided fireplace, a walk-in closet and a wet bar for a total of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Outdoors, a covered entertainer’s space with sitting area and a fountain sits off of the home’s main level. Additional patios and an outdoor dining room reside on a lower tier.
The property, marketed as a short sale, originally came to market in February with an ask of $2.395 million. It previously sold for $1.805 million in 2005, records show.
Faison, 40, is known for his role as Dr. Chris Turk on the long-running comedy show “Scrubs” (2001-2010) as well as film appearances in “Clueless” (1995) and “Kick-Ass 2” (2013). He currently stars in the TV Land series “The Exes.”
Sandy Stewart and Michael Shore of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage were the co-listing agents. Rune Arden of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills represented the buyer.
