The childhood home of actress Hayden Panettiere has come on the market in Palisades, N.Y., for $1.75 million.

Set on close to an acre in picturesque Snedens Landing, the gabled-roof house is European-inspired in style with dormer windows. Graceful arches are repeated in the roof line, first-story windows and on the front porch facade. Two fireplaces and hardwood floors lend a cozy vibe to the interiors.

A private-entry office, a playroom with walk-in closet, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a powder room are among the living spaces. A sunroom off the first-floor master suite can be used as an additional office or exercise room. Including the garage the space totals 4,700 square feet.

The wooded property is close to the Hudson River and hiking trails.

Panettiere, 26, has starred on “Nashville” since 2012 and, before that, “Heroes” (2006-10). Her early work includes roles in the 1990s on the soaps “One Life to Live” and “Guiding Light.” She’s also a model and singer, having released several singles.

Richard Ellis of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
