Mila Kunis sells her compound in Hollywood Hills West
Actress Mila Kunis, who happens to be Ashton Kutcher’s fiancée, has sold her compound in Hollywood Hills West for $3.825 million.
The Mediterranean-style house was built in 1958 but recently redone. High ceilings, an open floor plan and a state-of-the-art security system are among the features.
An eight-seat home theater, a breakfast bar, an office, five bedrooms and five bathrooms are part of the 4,900 square feet of living space.
Outdoors on the third-acre site are a cabana, an outdoor bar, a deck and a swimming pool with a spa. There are city and mountain views.
Kunis, 31, has been on “That ‘70s Show” (1998-2006) and the animated “Family Guy” (1999-present). She starred in the 2014 film “The Angriest Man in Brooklyn” and last year’s “Third Person.”
She bought the property in 2008 for $2.885 million.
Joshua Altman and Matthew J. Altman of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate were the listing agents. Michael Tunick of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties represented the buyer.
