Miami Dolphins linebacker Spencer Paysinger finds his spot in South L.A.
Local football product and Miami Dolphins linebacker Spencer Paysinger has bought a home in the View Park-Windsor Hills area of Los Angeles for $895,000.
Recently renovated, the 1940s Traditional behind gates features raised ceilings, large picture windows and a new kitchen complete with tile backsplash and Carrara marble countertops.
Two floors include a living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms within about 2,600 square feet of interiors. A large media/game room and laundry room reside on the lower level.
Outdoors, there’s a patio with a trellis and a fireplace. At the front of the home, a wide terrace sits above a two-car garage.
The house, which previously sold in April for $605,500, was listed for sale in July for $849,000. The median sale price for the area in August was $530,000 based on 26 sales, according to CoreLogic.
Steven Senigram and Horace Davenport of Keller Williams Realty were the listing agents. Julie Peppars of Sotheby’s International Realty represented Paysinger in the sale.
