Yvonne de Carlo’s old compound in Studio City is listed
A compound once owned by actress Yvonne de Carlo has come on the market in Studio City at $6,695,000.
An 8,000-square-foot main house, a 1920s guesthouse, a pool house, a swimming pool and a barn occupy the gated 7.6-acre site, which is zoned for equestrian use. The Mediterranean-style main residence, built in 1999, contains a 3,400-square-foot master bedroom suite, a great room with a 14-foot ceiling and a screening room. There are four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
De Carlo, who died in 2007 at 84, had a six-decade acting career including roles in “The Ten Commandments” (1956) and “McClintock” (1963). She played Lily Munster in “The Munsters” (1964-66).
The actress owned the property from 1950 to 1975, according to title research.
Christophe Choo of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills, has the listing.
