Actor Cary Elwes lists Malibu home
Actor Cary Elwes has put his Malibu house on the market at $1.975 million.
The Old World-style Mediterranean, built in 1978, looks out on the ocean and surrounding hillsides. The 2,700-plus-square-foot home sits behind walls on about an acre. Features include a red-tiled portico, interior archways, expansive windows, a deck, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Elwes, 49, has appeared on the series “Psych” (2009-10), “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (2007) and “The X-Files” (2001-02). He will star in the upcoming films “The Story of Luke” and “The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure.” His starring-role credits include “Saw” (2004), “Twister” (1996) and “The Princess Bride” (1987).
Public records show Elwes bought the property in 1996 for $615,000.
