LAS VEGAS -- CES 2014 is a whirlwind of gadgets, gizmos and upgraded devices. With presenters yelling out why their product is the newest and best in the game, it can be difficult to spot the true stars of the Consumer Electronics Show. But somebody had to do it, and that somebody is us.

Our five favorite products from Day 1 of CES 2014 include Anki Drive's new racing game, SingTrix karaoke, American Pearl 3-D printed jewelry, Olloclip attachable phone lenses and Pebble's latest smartwatch.

Why did we choose these goods? Each of them helps to enhance your daily routine through functionality, ease of use and, of course, a little bit of fun. Check out our demo videos for each product.

Below, we try out the Singtrix karaoke system, which actually helps tune your voice.

Here's a look at Olloclip's lenses and cases to turn your iPhone into a full-fledged photo and video system.

Below, we try out Anki Drive's wireless racing game.

Check out 3-D jewelry printing with American Pearl.
