“The Whole Bloody Affair” It’s been eagerly awaited ever since it screened at Cannes, and now die-hard fans of Tarantino’s “Kill Bill” will finally be getting their chance to see “The Whole Bloody Affair,” a combined, unrated version that’s never been released theatrically in the States.
