“Until They are Home,” a documentary about the effort to recover the remains of U.S. Marines killed on the Pacific atoll of Tarawa during a battle in 1943, will be screened at the Directors Guild of America Theater Complex in L.A., complete with a color guard and the playing of taps.
The screening, which includes a question-and-answer session with filmmaker Steven C. Barber, is free, but an RSVP is suggested at https://www.untiltheyarehome.com.
The event begins at 6 p.m. Monday at 7920 Sunset Blvd.
