Michael Weatherly of ‘NCIS’ expecting 2nd child with his wife

Michael Weatherly and his wife are investigating parenthood once again: They’re expecting their second baby together.

“We’re expanding the brand ... We’re very excited,” the “NCIS” actor told “Entertainment Tonight.”

He said they would find out the sex of the child in advance, but was coy about whether they’d share. The baby is due “early in the fall,” he said.

Weatherly, who plays Special Agent Tony DiNozzo in the top-rated TV drama, married Bojana Jankovic in 2009. The couple welcomed their first child together, a girl named Olivia, a year ago. Jankovic is an internist.

Daddy also has a son, August, with his first wife, actress Amelia Heinle of “The Young and the Restless.” Heinle and Weatherly divorced in 1997 after two years of marriage; August was born early in 1996.

One more tidbit about Weatherly: He was previously engaged to Jessica Alba, but it didn’t work out. They split up in 2003, according to People.
