Danny DeVito, Rhea Perlman reportedly back together
Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are reportedly back together again, after surprising folks with a separation that went public in October.
See, even in Hollywood, things can sometimes work out.
Word of their reunion came via a couple of outlets Friday. The couple, who have been married since 1982, met and moved in together more than 40 years ago while DeVito was working on Broadway. They married during the run of “Taxi,” in which they both appeared.
“Danny has been moving heaven and Earth to win Rhea back — and it has worked,” a source told Radar Online on Friday
“They love each other,” a friend of the couple told People. “Always have and always will.”
While a pleasant surprise, it’s not completely out of the blue — DeVito told Extra (via TMZ) in December that he and his wife of 30 years were “still together, just separate, but together.”
“We’re working on it,” he’d said of their marriage.
Now it looks as if working on it has worked out!
